1.                1.The pupil certifies that a valid license is held to drive the tuition car.

2.                2.Be Driven will provide motor insurance to cover the student when accompanied    by an ADI or DSA examiner.

3.                3.In the event of a mechanical breakdown, or for other reasons, I have the right to rearrange lessons to a time convenient to both parties. This could also be at short notice.

1.                4.All fees will be paid at the beginning of the lesson and is the pupil’s responsibility to have the sufficient funds at the beginning of the lesson.

2.                5.A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel lessons already arranged. If 24 hours notice is not given, the pupil will be liable for the lesson fee in full.

3.                6.All theory and driving tests booked by Be Driven will incur a £1.00 handling fee.

        Be Driven reserves the right to cancel or withhold the use of the training car for the purpose of a driving test if they feel the pupil has not achieved the required standard.

2.                8.Every effort should be made by the pupil during a lesson to work and achieve the skills required to take the DSA driving test.

3.                9.Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be given to the pupil prior to them becoming effective.

Terms & Conditions will be signed by the student on completion of first lesson.
